Housing Specialist

Housing Specialist

Work with residential mental health and TBI clients and staff to secure and maintain appropriate housing. Develop housing care plan for clients and manage all landlord/tenant responsibilities for ShelterCare programs. Maintains high level or confidentiality and data organization. Requires professional experience with landlord/tenant issues and excellent written, verbal, and computer skills. Experience with HUD subsidized housing preferred. 30 hrs/week. $13.00/hr. + benefits.

Nurse Counselor/RN

Nurse Counselor/RN 

Provide health care services for adults in a secure mental health facility. Requires RN w/degree, current OR nursing license + min. 1 yr. exp. with SPMI & ability to obtain immediate QMHA or QMHP credential.  Experience with training others and delegating tasks.  Basic computer skills needed.  $25.00/hr + benefits. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 7:00AM to 2:30PM and Wednesdays 7:00AM to 5:30 (31 hrs). Relief RN also needed for various shifts at $21.00hr. 

 

Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator 

Provide administrative services in a secure residential treatment facility, including reception, multi-line phone, maintain financial data and provide banking services for residents and facility, process admissions and discharges, enter billing data, technical file and records management.  Prepare reports and record requests, coordinate staff and relief scheduling.  Position requires strong organization and computer skills, including Excel, and excellent communication with a minimum of five years experience in fiscal and administrative coordination.  Experience with billing, medical terminology and human services background preferred.  F/T Monday-Friday, $11.87/hr. + benefits.

This position will support a variety of ShelterCare programs and provide clinical services as needed. The focus is on mental health assessments for new clients and annual assessments for continuing clients, development of strength-based individualized service and support plans, consultation and case management for program participants. The position also includes clinical supervision to QMHAs. MA/MS in behavioral science & minimum 3 years related experience required. Experience working with people diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Must currently qualify to be credentialed as QMHP. F/T, $17.05/hr. + benefits

Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor

Supervisor for multiple programs in various settings serving adults with psychiatric
disabilities or traumatic brain injury.  Requires progressive levels of clinical responsibility, working
with providers in MH, knowledge of OARs in Residential & Outpatient settings, Masters Degree
in behavioral science, experience with assessments & supervising Treatment Plans.  LPC, LCSW

Provide a variety of holistic therapeutic interventions, including case management and group and individual therapy to residents in a recovery-oriented secure facility.  Offer clinical supervision to dedicated multi-disciplinary team.  Participate in program development.  Our model of care is trauma informed and strengths-based.  MA/MS in behavioral science and two years minimum experience.  Exempt.  $3,059.45/mo equivalency + benefits.

1) Wednesday thru Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2) Sunday thru Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
