Program Manager (Uhlhorn)

Program Manager (Uhlhorn) – Responsible for direct supervision, operation and development of Acquired Brain Injury program.  Participates in program advocacy, networking, funding promotion activities and lobbying efforts related to program services.  Prepares annual budget, oversees daily fiscal operation and ensures high quality services for program participants.  Provides on-call and back up staff support services. MA/MS or BS/BA in program related field and at least two years experience working with people living with disabilities and ABI.  Prior management and supervisory experience, budget management and development experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Must demonstrate competency in understanding of ABI rehabilitative services, disabilities and non-profit management.  A CBIS certification preferred.  Full-time, + benefits.  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. On call- some evenings/weekends. Certified Medical Assistant (Heeran Center)

Certified Medical Assistant (HCR)- Administer resident medications as ordered in a secure mental health residential facility, order medication refills and take vital signs. Certification as a Medical Assistant required. Basic computer skills needed. Must be capable of performing physical tasks that involve pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and standing, sitting and lifting up to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Other physical tasks include reaching above shoulders, fine manipulation, grasping, keyboarding, kneeling and reaching out. Limited duration assignment expected for approximately three months. Schedule to be determined and may vary 35 to 40 hours per week; must be available for all shifts. 10.75/hr + benefits.

Peer Advocate (Heeran Center)

Peer Advocate (HCR) - Provide an array of peer-based therapeutic supports to mental health consumers living in a secure mental health facility.  The Peer Advocate position will be designed to fit the unique skills of the advocate in the areas of peer counseling, structured recreation, outreach support and being part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Requires familiarity & experience as a consumer with mental health services. Experience with a mental health advocacy group or as a peer counselor preferred. 10 hrs/week, Day Shift, may include weekend. $12.12 hr.

Auditing records, implementing corrective action plans and training staff to adhere to rules and regulations and best practice. 

Requires progressive levels of clinical and administrative responsibility, knowledge of OAR's in Residential & Outpatient settings, Masters Degree in behavioral science, experience with assessments & supervising Treatment Plans.  LPC, LCSW preferred.  Submit application with cover letter stating monetary requirements & salary history.

Responsible for the oversight and compliance of ShelterCare HUD programs. Auditing records, implementing corrective action plans and training staff to adhere to rules and regulations and best practice. 

Requires progressive levels of clinical and administrative responsibility, knowledge of OAR's in Residential & Outpatient settings,  knowledge of HUD compliance and regulation requirements.
