Susan started as a volunteer with the agency in the mid 1980s. She served on the board, helped to cover phones and provided organizational consultation before becoming an employee in 1987 and the Executive Director in 1991.

Tim joined ShelterCare as the Senior Director of Business Operations in 2016. Cling has more than 30 years’ experience in new business acquisition, operational organization, financial negotiations, personnel management, and key account development.

Born and raised in Eugene, OR. Studied Business & Accounting at Lane Community College and has over 20 years of HR experience. Obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification on January of 2014. Member of the Local SHRM Chapter, Lane County Human Resources Association. Recently came from the Valley River Inn as the Director of HR for over 8.5 years. LCC Hospitality and Culinary Advisory Committee board member. Regularly invited to be a guest speaker and presenter for supervisory classes at LCC Hospitality Management Program.

Ursula worked for ShelterCare as a therapist, program manager and clinical supervisor. She has been the clinical director for ShelterCare since 2013.

Kelly joined ShelterCare as a Development Associate in 2011. She moved to to the lush Willamette Valley from the great heights of Colorado. She studied at the University of Oregon, graduating with a certificate in Nonprofit Management and a master's in arts and administration.
