Susan started as a volunteer with the agency in the mid 1980s. She served on the board, helped to cover phones and provided organizational consultation before becoming an employee in 1987 and the Executive Director in 1991.

Erin Bonner is the Chief Operations Officer for ShelterCare. She has been with the agency since December, 1997 and previously held the position of Fiscal Director for the agency. She is a Eugene native. 

"ShelterCare's work is important in the community because we help consumers of our services develop a stronger foundation of skills so they can move on to more independent living situations with greater stability."

Craig  joined ShelterCare as the Director of Programs in 2014. He is responsible for program supervision and support for our programs, quality and performance improvement, strategic planning and new program development. Previously, he was director of home and community services at Easter Seals of Hawaii.

Born and raised in Eugene, OR. Studied Business & Accounting at Lane Community College and has over 20 years of HR experience.  Obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification on January of 2014. Member of the Local SHRM Chapter, Lane County Human Resources Association. Recently came from the Valley River Inn as the Director of HR for over 8.5 years. LCC Hospitality and Culinary Advisory Committee board member. Regularly invited to be a guest speaker and presenter for supervisory classes at LCC Hospitality Management Program.

Ursula worked for ShelterCare as a therapist, program manager and clinical supervisor. She has been the clinical director for ShelterCare since 2013.
